Debby has over 25 years of progressive corporate experience in organization development, leadership development, finance, change management, needs assessments, gap analysis, long term strategic development, talent management, and business plan development. Debby’s finance background, educational credentials, and corporate experience uniquely qualify her as an organizational development consultant. Working with business leaders, Debby has implemented customized interventions that have improved processes, enhanced organizational productivity, boosted employee morale, and increased profitability. Debby has a research background that includes optimal knowledge transfer methods and intergenerational communication strategies.
Debby McNichols holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an MBA from Azusa Pacific University. In addition, she received a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, where she is currently an adjunct professor. Debby also has a minor in Psychology and completed masters level course work in psychometric testing and assessment.
Debby is uniquely qualified as a leader, ensuring the effective execution of simultaneous projects without compromising quality, timeliness or functionality. She is an expert in building and transforming teams and organizations within high pressure environments. Adept at consensus management and building upon the differences between financial and non- financial teams. She has led successful executive level marketing and finance campaigns in environments where growth and accountability were paramount. Debby is knowledgeable in cognition and adult learning theory, particularly with regard to how learning theory influences knowledge, acquisition, retention, and application of information. Experienced in the use of systems theory to holistically and strategically approach change management and problem solving. Debby has extensive qualifications in the following competencies:
